SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

The acronym SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization and indicates is the complex process of optimizing a website to improve its visibility in search engine results without direct monetary investment, unlike SEA.

It is a multidisciplinary activity that serves to make the site-and more generally the brand-more attractive and appealing to users than a search engine through a mix of quality content, attractive design, and a smooth and intuitive user experience. Indeed, SEO techniques include optimizing site content for relevant keywords, creating quality backlinks, optimizing site load time, and more.

Generally, three major areas of focus can be distinguished:

  1. On-page SEO, which covers optimization of content, titles, meta descriptions, URL and site architecture, among other things.
  2. Off-page SEO, which takes the form of link building strategies, social media promotion, and other off-site activities.
  3. Technical SEO, which involves work on optimizing site speed, structured data, indexing, and mobile compatibility, among other things.

A good SEO strategy can lead to an increase in organic traffic, improve brand awareness, and increase conversions or sales.
