Duplicate content

Duplicate content occurs when identical or substantially similar blocks of content appear on multiple URLs within the same site (internal duplication) or on different sites (external duplication).

This can be confusing to search engines, which may not be able to determine which version of the content is most relevant or authoritative for a given search query.

Duplicate content can then lead to ranking and visibility problems in search engines.

To solve the duplicate content problem, you can use the rel=”canonical” tag, 301 redirects, or other techniques to consolidate SEO value and guide search engines to the preferred version of the content.
