Customer Experience (CX)

The customer experience represents the overall interaction that a customer has with a brand throughout the entire purchase journey, from the discovery of the product or service to after-sales support. It is a crucial factor in the satisfaction and loyalty of customers, who increasingly base their purchasing decisions not only on the quality of the product, but also on the quality of the experience they have.

From the perspective of SEO, customer experience indirectly influences search engine rankings. Factors such as dwell time on the site, low bounce rate and positive interaction with content are signals that Google uses to evaluate the quality of a page. Optimizing customer experience therefore means improving both user satisfaction and SEO performance.

The main difference between Customer Experience (CX) and Customer Experience Optimization ( CXO) lies in their focus and approach CX represents the “what,†while CXO represents the “how†you can make this experience more effective and beneficial for both the customer and the brand.
