Conversion Rate

The Conversion Rate expresses the percentage of website visitors who complete a desired action (conversion) out of the total number of visitors.

For example, if 100 people visit the website and 5 of them make a purchase, our conversion rate is 5%.

A higher conversion rate indicates greater effectiveness of the website or marketing campaign in driving users to take the desired action. The systematic process of increasing the percentage of visitors who take the action is called CRO or Conversion Rate Optimization.
